No, all Packs must be picked up in-person, at the event. Please have your picture ID and Registration Confirmation email ready to present at pickup.
Can I get a refund if I can't make it to the Anomaly?

Can I transfer my Pack to another Agent?
You can transfer your purchased Pack to another Agent via the Order Information Page. Our Ingress community is based on trust and integrity, and we ask that you resell your Pack at face value (not an inflated rate). Don't be that guy.
What if I contribute to the Anomaly but can't be there in-person?
All Agents who contribute to the #Persepolis Anomaly should receive a #Persepolis Anomaly Medal; however, you must be present in-person to pick up your Pack (or transfer your RSVP to someone who can). If you're an Intel Operator or part of a Field Op, you will still earn your Anomaly Medal digitally, like in previous Anomaly Series.
